Swiss chickens makes the best eggs.
One of my commercials, from 2009. Director Michael Fuerther, was having idea to create the same movement for chickens. That give a sense of order and equivalence to chickens. Swiss chickens makes the best eggs. But believe it or not, even the best chicken couldn’t walk the way we wanted. To create this rhythm for them and synchronise steps, was little change. After all not that easy, a lot of speed-ramps were used on each chicken. For each chicken layer / take. On the end, We have this military step, synchronising with music. I remember, I have one week time, for whole post work and all compositions. With all this time warps, layers of green screens and so on… Not much, but result is satisfactory 😉
